Most joint supplements don't address why joints deteriorate
The joint supplement market is dominated by two ingredients, glucosamine and chondroitin, whose evidence base has been repeatedly questioned in major Cochrane reviews. The newest joint research points in a different direction: targeting 5-LOX inflammatory activity, oral tolerance mechanisms for cartilage, and synovial fluid viscosity.
Humyn Mobility addresses all three mechanisms, plus oxidative stress in joint tissue, via patented ingredient forms at published clinical doses. Nothing extra. Nothing blended at unspecified doses.
Four ingredients. Four mechanisms.
Every ingredient in Humyn Mobility is a patented, clinically-studied form, not a commodity powder. Every dose matches a published clinical trial. We do not use proprietary blends.

Boswellin® Super is a patented, AKBBA-standardised Boswellia serrata extract, the only form with consistent clinical evidence for joint comfort. AKBBA (Acetyl-11-keto-beta-boswellic acid) is the fraction responsible for 5-LOX inhibition. Standard Boswellia extract requires 300 to 500mg to reach equivalent active content.
5-LOX (5-lipoxygenase) produces leukotrienes, inflammatory mediators directly involved in joint tissue inflammation. AKBBA inhibits 5-LOX activity, reducing leukotriene production in the joint environment. This is a different mechanism from COX inhibition used by NSAIDs.

Carticol® UC-II is undenatured (native) type II collagen, structurally intact collagen from chicken sternum. It must not be confused with hydrolysed collagen (common in skin supplements). Undenatured collagen works through a completely different mechanism: oral tolerance in Peyer's patches of the gut.
40mg is the dose used in published clinical trials. The mechanism requires the collagen to be structurally intact, which is why it must be undenatured, and why more is not better. High-temperature processing destroys the structure and eliminates the mechanism.

C3 Reduct® is tetrahydrocurcumin (THC), the primary active metabolite of curcumin. Standard curcumin must be metabolised in the body before becoming active. C3 Reduct skips this conversion step entirely, delivering the active metabolite directly. This means higher effective bioavailability and more consistent systemic antioxidant activity.
Tetrahydrocurcumin has distinct antioxidant properties and is considered more stable than parent curcumin. Its role in this formula is reduction of oxidative stress in joint tissue, creating an environment less conducive to ongoing degeneration. It potentiates the Boswellia effect.

Sodium hyaluronate is the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid, the primary structural component of synovial fluid, the viscous liquid that lubricates joints during movement. HA concentration in synovial fluid naturally declines from your 30s onward, increasing mechanical friction and reducing the cushioning function that protects cartilage surfaces.
80mg is within the dose range used in positive RCTs. Pharmaceutical grade only, not the lower-purity forms used in food applications. Multiple RCTs now demonstrate measurable improvements in joint comfort from oral HA supplementation.
Humyn Mobility vs the alternatives
Honest comparison. Glucosamine/chondroitin are the market's most sold joint products. Generic pharmacy brands are often proprietary blends at unknown doses. Here's where Humyn stands.

Honest results timeline
Boswellia works faster than cartilage-support mechanisms. Set realistic expectations, real joint changes take time. This is what the research shows.
This is not instant, but it is faster than most joint interventions. Give it the full timeline the science suggests for best results.
